Douglas Elliman’s Raphael De Niro and Maggie Leigh Marshall to Oversee Sales at The Fitzroy, Set Along the High Line in West Chelsea

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing announces today that Raphael De Niro and Maggie Leigh Marshall, one of the brokerage’s top teams, will now be handling the exclusive sales and marketing for The Fitzroy, located at 514 West 24 th Street. Developed by JDS Development Group and Largo Investments, the ten-story, 14-unit ground-up project has been designed inside and out by Roman and Williams.

Designed inside and out by Roman and Williams, The Fitzroy, set along the High Line in West Chelsea, features a custom green terracotta-façade, manufactured in upstate New York, with oversized custom Italian copper-clad oak double-pane windows, with 11-foot ceilings, custom Roman and Williams-designed Smallbone of Devizes kitchens, and chevron hardwood oak floors throughout. The kitchens feature black enameled Lacanche range with brass dials, Waterworks R.W. Atlas hardware in carbon and copper finishes, Fiore de Pesco marble countertops, fully integrated Miele dishwashers, steam ovens, and warming drawers, completed by a fully integrated Sub-Zero refrigeration package including under counter Sub-Zero wine refrigerators.

Homes range from two bedrooms with two-and- a-half bathrooms to four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. The handsomely designed building will comprise ten-half and four full-floor residences, all featuring northern and southern exposures.

The Fitzroy is situated along the High Line in West Chelsea, nestled among art galleries with an eclectic mix of the city’s prime culture, art, retail and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood features Chelsea Market, Whitney Museum of American Art and Cookshop, as well as notable galleries such as Gladstone and Gagosian. Nearby, Hudson Yards is rising and will add significant additional lifestyle, shopping, dining and entertainment amenities.
