“We wanted to bring a surprise element to each room at REACH and RISE by utilizing rustic textures and warm tones within a very modern design,” said Heidar Sadeki, founder and creative director of Richardson Sadeki design firm. “It was very important to us to extend the living space into the public areas of the building to make residents feel at home at every point of the building,” he added.
Lobby | An open space with high ceilings, oversized marble seating and a striking chandelier, the design of the lobby is a play between formal and informal that allows for a relaxed entry.
Library Lounge | The library lounge is the first space one enters on the concierge level. Created to obtain a sense of solace and belonging, the living room is curated with a sophisticated selection of books, board games and furniture.
Hammam Spa | Made with Carrara marble and bush hammered black stone, the hammam spa intends for residents to spend time with friends and family. With two spas’ on site, each accommodates 8 to 10 people and features a multi-function treatment room, hair salon, and manicure and pedicure stations.
Tea Lounge | The indoor-outdoor lounge is located on the concierge floor, it features a pickled oak ceiling referencing the American Colonial House, taupe back painted glass and American walnut walls. The tea lounge has direct access to the pool deck and includes furniture with waterproof finishes with crinoline chairs designed by Patricia Urquiola for B&B Italia.
Pool and Deck Cafe | Creating its own “oasis in the city,” the café is designed to accommodate all public work and play spaces. The pool deck incorporates creative fabrics and colors around the pools, sunbeds, dining tables, and benches.
Amenity Deck | The amenity deck includes a high tech gym and private workout room. Separated by glass, the Children’s Playroom is a consciously designed environment equipped with Lego play tunnels and modular toys. Inspired by Verner Panton, the bright colors and geometric shapes are appropriate for toddlers through age seven. The children’s playroom provides a safe and stimulating space.
