SKY, located at 605 West 42nd St., is Manhattan’s largest rental building with an astounding lobby to match. Designed by David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group, the lobby consists of a breathtaking, custom-designed Czech glass chandelier by Lasvit, and incorporates specially selected art by renowned Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. Two fireplaces within the lobby’s library, crafted from anodized bronze metal and flanked by tall cypress bookcases accented with mirrors, add a warm and welcoming component.
