Born in Denmark and educated at Harvard, Thomas Juul-Hansen boasts a design aesthetic with a clean blend of modern, simple lines artfully combined with elegant and natural finishes. His signature Danish style is rendered in this cool and contemporary retreat between city and sea, where it overlooks unmatched views of the ocean, sunsets and downtown.
There’s no hotter place to see and be seen in Miami Beach than the hip South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood. Known for its luxurious residential towers, world-class restaurants, proximity to the beach and pedestrian friendly streets, SoFi provides an incredible setting for Three Hundred Collins.
Meticulously conceived, styled and designed by ultra luxury architect Thomas Juul-Hansen, this 19-unit boutique building reveals a graceful balance of style, sophistication and functionality. Rooms incorporate organic materials and superbly crafted surfaces fashioned of wood, marble and glass. The modernist residences feature wide plank, white oak flooring, stone finishes, spacious terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and custom-designed kitchens with Miele appliances and chic black glass countertops. A selection of duplex apartments has towering 18-foot ceilings and custom-designed metal screens revealing 1,500-square-foot gardens and entertainment-oriented outdoor kitchens.
Though Three Hundred Collins is close to the excitement and nightlife Miami Beach is famous for, Juul-Hansen conceived for the five-story building to serve as a welcome sanctuary for its residents. This peaceful and relaxing place feels worlds away from the hectic pace of neighboring South Beach. Onsite amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, valet parking, 24-hour doorman-attended lobby and even a beach concierge. Additionally, the expansive private rooftop oasis is graced with a 75-foot saltwater lap pool, hot tub, white-cushioned cabanas, and dazzling cityscape and Atlantic Ocean panoramas.
Three Hundred Collins was developed by JMH Development, a firm that brings awareness to the global issue of access to clean drinking water by partnering with charity:water, a non-profit group that funds water projects in Ethiopia and Nepal. For each unit sold at Three Hundred Collins, the developers will donate $20,000 to the organization.
